How do I book an Appointment?
Booking online is super easy, just click the link here. You'll see a menu of all of the salon services offered, with pricing and descriptions. Click the service or services that best suit your needs, and you'll be brought to a calendar page that will give you options for dates and times. You will need to reserve your appointment with a credit card. Nothing is charged to the card, unless you no-show your appointment or last minute cancel (see cancellation policy for more info). The card on file may also be used to pay for the service at the end of your appointment, for contact-free checkout. If you need help booking, email me.
Where are you located?
I am an located inside Salon Serenity, at 157 Neponset Ave in Dorchester, MA. Its just off I-93. Parking is a breeze- ample parking on either side of Neponset Ave. No meters or stickers needed.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, or AfterPay are accepted for payment of in-salon services and product purchases. You will need to reserve your appointment with a credit card. Nothing is charged to the card, unless you no-show your appointment or last minute cancel (see cancellation policy for more info). The card on file may also be used to pay for the service at the end of your appointment, for contact-free checkout. No gratuities accepted. If paying with cash, please have exact amount; I do not keep change on hand.

Should I come in with clean or dirty hair?
Artificial color does NOT work better in dirty hair, that is a very old myth. I will begin your services with a clarifying treatment.
Will I be charged extra for toner/gloss and do I really need it?
If you're having highlights (foil or balayage), you will most likely have a toner applied after the highlights are rinsed. Highlights lighten the hair and toner applies the desired color (ash, gold, beige, rose gold, etc). Toner is semi-permanent and you will need it refreshed before your highlights need to be touched up. Yes, you do need the toner, but no you will not be charged separately for it, as it is already included in the service prices. When you come back for toner, between highlight appointments, you will be charged just for the toner (and blowout if you get one).
Cancellation, Rescheduling, No-Show Policy
I request at least 48 hours notice, by text or email, when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments and failure to cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the services scheduled. This policy applies to cancellation, rescheduling, as well as "no-showing" an appointment. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a "no-show" and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. "No-showing" an appointment will result in loss of access to online booking.
